What gets older but fresher every year? Why the Colorado Farm Fresh Directory, of course!

Celebrating its 40th anniversary, the Farm Fresh Directory has been a staple in helping Colorado consumers find farmers’ markets, roadside stands, u-picks, and so much more in each corner of our beautiful state. As Coloradans look forward to returning to typical summer activities, the 2024 Farm Fresh Directory is a must have for the freshest info on farm stands and local markets. This year, the directory also includes a listing of 151 Colorado wineries.

Annual Colorado Hay Directory Now Accepting Listings

 Producers who sell hay can now submit their listing to the annual Colorado Hay Directory. For more than 26 years, the Hay Directory has helped Colorado hay producers connect with buyers.

“If you’re selling hay, the Hay Directory has a strong record of helping buyers find locally grown animal feed for their needs, ” said Danielle Trotta, senior marketing specialist for the Colorado Department of Agriculture. “The Hay Directory is a great resource for livestock owners in Colorado and beyond.”

2023 Colorado Hay Directory Now Available

Sometimes finding hay is not so cut and dried! Thankfully, the 2023 Colorado Hay Directory is here for livestock owners looking for alfalfa, grass, mix, or other hay products. 

Organized by region, the Hay Directory listings include the type and amount of hay available, bale type and size, whether laboratory analysis is available, certified weed free status, and organic hay certification.

Annual Hay Directory Accepting Listings

Informing hay buyers for more than 25 years, the 2023 Colorado Hay Directory is now accepting listings from hay producers. The annual publication provides a by-county listing of available hay resources across Colorado.

Colorado agricultural producers are encouraged to submit their listings for the 2023 Farm Fresh Directory, published annually by the Colorado Department of Agriculture. The directory, which will be released in June, promotes Colorado farmers’ markets, roadside stands, u-picks, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) producers, agritourism activities, wineries, and farms and ranches that sell directly to the public.

The Colorado Department of Agriculture is accepting listings for the 2021 Colorado Hay Directory. The annual publication connects hay producers with buyers.

“The Hay Directory is a great way for livestock owners across the state and beyond to find the feed they need easily,” said Danielle Trotta, senior marketing specialist for the Colorado Department of Agriculture. “We know how busy our livestock producers are, and so by publishing our annual Hay Directory we can take some of the legwork out for them.”
