The Conservation Services Division provides technical and financial support, leadership and statewide coordination, and regulatory oversight to public/private landowners and agricultural businesses statewide on an array of natural resource management challenges.
Together, our programs help farmers, ranchers, and other landowners manage Colorado’s natural resources effectively for sustained agriculture production and environmental health.

New Grant Funding Opportunity for Climate Resilience Projects
This grant program is designed to provide crucial financial assistance to farmers and ranchers who have experienced adverse effects due to climate-change induced disasters and are seeking to enhance their resilience against future climate-related challenges. Resilient farms and ranches, including their business operations and natural resources, are better equipped to adapt and thrive in the face of significant disruptions.
