Welcome to the Conservation Services Division!
The Conservation Services Division provides technical and financial support, leadership and statewide coordination, and regulatory oversight to public/private landowners and agricultural businesses statewide on an array of natural resource management challenges. Together, our programs help farmers, ranchers, and other landowners manage Colorado’s natural resources effectively for sustained agriculture production and environmental health.

Upcoming Webinars about REAP (Rural Energy for America Program) for CO Producers!
Through REAP, eligible small businesses and agricultural producers in rural areas can access funding to implement projects that reduce energy costs and promote sustainability. To assist producers interested in applying for REAP grants for on-farm energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, CDA is offering technical assistance—completely free of charge.
We encourage you to share our Intake Form with anyone interested in pursuing this opportunity. Additionally, we invite them to learn more about the REAP program and how CDA is helping applicants navigate the process by attending one of our upcoming Q&A sessions. These sessions will provide an overview of the grant opportunity, details about eligibility and the application process, and an opportunity to ask questions.
