Grown in sun-drenched fields of the Pueblo region, these chiles are the essence of a Colorado fall.
The State of Colorado, led by the Global Business Development division of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) and the Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA), hosted a joint two-day mission to Mexico City, which wrapped up today.
