Broomfield, Colo. - The Colorado Department of Agriculture is continuing to provide business development services for producers and food and beverage artisans during the pandemic. Free virtual workshops will be offered during Colorado Proud Month in August to help business owners learn how to sell into retail, reach new growth, and sharpen their brands.

“This three-part virtual workshop series connects business owners with industry leaders and provides information to help them succeed,” said Danielle Trotta, Business Development Specialist with the Colorado Department of Agriculture. “Speakers are actively engaged in the food system and retail/wholesale markets, and they are excited to share their expertise with others.”

The one-hour virtual events will feature industry experts and are designed to help expand business into retail, increase growth, and improve brand awareness. Speakers will share their stories about what it takes to get products on store shelves and will answer questions.
