From children to older adults, there are ways for people of all ages to enjoy the 149th Colorado State Fair at a discount, or even free of charge. All Roads Lead to the Colorado State Fair, which runs August 27 – September 6 at the State Fairgrounds in Pueblo, and nine of the eleven days offer deals on admission, including five free days (2 kids days, 2 senior days, back to school day).
In a gesture of support for the tireless efforts of health care, frontline, public health, and essential workers during the pandemic, opening day (Friday, August 27) is Health Heroes Day, which will honor them with half price admission. Opening day is also CSU Pueblo Kids Day, giving kids ages 12 and under free admission. Regular fair admission is $12.
In addition to the discounts on admission, there will be daily free attractions to view during the entire length of the fair, including performances by several musical acts, a hypnotist and All American High Dive team, duck and pig races, petting zoo, Motorcycle Thrill and Stunt Show, and more.
