(Alliaria petiolata)
- 1 - 4' tall
- Blooms late April to June
- Flowers 1/2" wide, in clusters at end of stems
- Young leaves heart-shaped; older leaves triangular and toothed; 1" long and 1 - 3" wide
- Multiple erect stems growing from the base, sparsely hairy
- Taproot slender with "S" shape at the base
- Allelopathic with a garlic-like smell
